Steve Donner, owner of the Orlando Titans indoor lacrosse team, has decided to expand
his organization and start a Division II level soccer team in Orlando. Beginning in 2011,
the still-nameless team will play in the United Soccer Leagues Division 1.
Donner was previously the founder of the Rochester Rhinos, the only Division II side to
ever win the US Open Cup in the modern era. The OSSC will be meeting with Donner
soon to discuss our involvement with the team and plans for the future.
